Our process at Reynolds & Associates Inc. is different from other debt relief services. With us, there are no payments upfront, ever. Only if your debt settlement is accepted do you pay any money. There is legal protection from creditors even from the government collecting income taxes. This means you and your paycheques are safe. Also, not all creditors need to accept your debt settlement. The creditors get to vote and if the required majority votes yes, it’s legally binding on all creditors, even if some of them said no.
When you come to Reynolds & Associates Inc., you receive peace of mind knowing that we are licensed by the Canadian Government and are experts in handling your debt settlement process.
A Consumer Proposal involves a legal stay of proceedings, meaning our customers cannot be contacted by their creditors for 45 days. During this time, you do not make payments to these creditors while they consider the offer. If your creditors accept the deal, then it becomes a legally binding agreement. We do not ask you to pay for our services upfront, and we can deal with any kind of debt you may have, including student loans, income taxes, pay day loans, credit cards, etc.
